Haha, most of the time they are background changes that don't change the game itself.

For things that do change the game (new features, fixed bugs, etc) I'm posting patch notes on a weekly basis. You can see the patch notes for the past two weeks on https://medievalands.com/news

I'll also start posting these weekly patch notes on the forums in the news forum. Good idea!
