Where were you poisoned?

Did a monster poison you, or did a map event poison you?

I have looked into this issue, and I have an update for you: I think that in the original game, items only protected you from debuffs, like poison, when you were in the combat mode of the game.

When you wander around the map in the exploration mode of the game, you were (in the old game) and are (in MedievaLands) still vulnerable to being poisoned.

I think this was not an artifact or a mistake, but rather, a game design decision by the original team to not reduce the difficulty of wandering around the map.

I will change the item tooltips to reflect that they only protect you in combat.
