This happened twice yesterday and twice early this AM. Last was around 12:08 AM EST in US. After winning a fight, the loot screen appears.

I had an almost used up heal-all in my inventory but in one of the loot slots is a new heal-all. I click on the heal-all in my inventory first to use it up but then everything in my loot slots dissapear. So basically if you click on something in your inventory or body slots first, the items in the loot slots dissappear.

I've slightly changed how the loot window works. Please let me know if this continues to happen.

Yes still happening. Did final quest again and it hppened about 6 times. Last three times in a row.

G2G - is there any way you can record this happening? I can't replicate this on my end and I feel like seeing it happen would help me figure out where this behaviour is coming from.

Sorry I do not have recoring software. Just have to live with it. I only seemed to happen in the lowest levels like Island of eternity and the unknown

Try OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and set it to record files locally. It's free!

Thanks to LennyD. He pointed out that this happens when you heal first before taking loot items. Doesn't happen every time but I was able to get it to happen twice in the thieves den

Ok I have an exact location where I was able to recreate problem twice. Level 7 Castle Wizard Room coordinate K11. Fight the basilisks there. Once battle complete, a loot screen comes up with 3 items in it. Before touching the loot, either click on a restore-all potion or a heal-all potion and everything in the loot screen will disappear.
