I've been playing Yserbius and realized that this teleport issue does not happen anymore.

Didn't check it on Twinion, where I saw it the first time, but I assume it works fine for both now.

The invisible items thing keeps happening. But I think I found something that might be useful, and it is the fact that it hapens only on Twinion but never saw it on Yserbius after several runs. And it happens always when going in a party.
