New item framework - watch out for bugs

Hail all,

I'm back from vacation, and brought back the code I wrote over the long weekend. This is a complete rewrite of how items are handled in the game's engine. Everything from the inventory window and loot window to the way that items are zipped up and sent to the client has been changed. The only difference that you should see is that the inventory window has been embiggened - you'll now see both ten-slot inventory windows combined into one twenty-slot window. Everything else should look and feel, to players, exactly the same.

I've tried to test on my end as much as I could, but I know that it's more likely that you players will do things I could never have guessed to do. If you see any item strangeness, please let me know and I'll look into it.

The benefit of this change is that there are no more item limits: we can now add completely new items to the game, and items can now do things that the original game couldn't handle. Look forward to some interesting new additions in the near future.
