I've played Yserbuis since the days of The Sierra Network to the box versions of Yserbius and Twinion. Has anyone tried some of the tricks that we used to do to get the infinite armor on a barbarian by filling all spaces on the figure and holding the armor over the armor space while the party you were in moves past the 20 door? Is that a waste of time dure to fact that there are many unique items in volcanoe that it is worthless?

The Infinite Armor is still really good - but in this version, those tricks are by and large patched out. For a while, the level 20 door was actually wide open. We never checked it, and level 0 characters could just stroll right through the door. Zane patched it.

However, there was one new trick that was created by the new magical equipment that affects the end of the game. Health Regeneration lets you get four steps in the River, which actually allows for two minor sequence breaks involving required items.

I remember taking some level 0 characters pass the level 20 door and entering a couple of battles past that door and power leveling them by keeping them alive til the end of the battle.
