I know of two good spots to grind for levels 1-13 (close to the entrance of Gauntlet Gauche with crystal scrolls), and getting from 13-22 or so can be done just from the queen's pre-map stuff and getting the map, but are there any good places to grind for experience and items? It'd be great to find a good location for Amphorae (that's not as difficult as navigating the rat race), and a good location for really powerful scrolls too

I've noticed the blue lockpick location is good for getting sun scrolls and sometimes the odd death scroll as well as a rare drop, but I was wondering what anyone suggested for grinding their character once they reach the NEI or the Dralks, and good places to farm some of the needed items in case we don't have DDs or a hundred death scrolls handy.

I thought I'd list a few places to grind that I thought were useful:

Gauntlet Droit to Queen's Palace:

One spot south of the entrance to Gauntlet Gauche, use crystal scrolls constantly until you get death darts. This can quickly get you to level 14 or 15. Averages about 400 exp per battle since the good battle you want with 800exp happens on every third battle.

For levels 19-23:

Where you get the blue lockpick in the Vault is a very easy battle and you always get sun scrolls that you can reuse over and over. It's pretty close to a full health/mana fountain too. 1500 exp or so a battle, but very very fast.

For levels 23-50:

Halls of Babble on the left side are some babble knights you can usually death darts at level 12 and one or two shot. It's two squares from a full health/mana fountain. But you can get on average about 7500 exp from that.

There's another great spot with two Erebii on the far southwest corner (A1) that has 13600 experience, but you'll need to control and constantly use blast or death darts on them and that takes longer than I'd like. But the item drops can also be good.

Dragon's Ire also has a few Praxis battles next to a full health/mana fountain but it's only about 1500 exp per. But it's close to the entrance at least.

The first forced battle in Hopeless Hallways can sometimes be one shotted with DDs, and gives about 7000 exp on average and is close to the DE. No fountains nearby though.

I haven't found any good spots the dralk quest for grinding. Too far from the DE, and most battles don't have that much experience for the work you're required to do.

If you make it to the gateway and get to the final stretch and need exp, the best place I found is the very first battle after you teleport out and teleport back in. Two Eos monsters who give you 15000 exp each, and two blast spells can knock them out in about 30 seconds per battle. Close to the DE too so no need for potions. There are also really good drops here if you have the good magic find stats since its L12.
