To preface, I know this isn't meant to be a solo game. I don't have a lot of choice because I don't have a friend group to play with. Plus I've gotten really far and want to see if I can go all the way solo. That said...

What kind of level do I have to be as a Dwarf Knight to realistically survive fights with 8-20 dragons?? I've run across so many giant piles of dragons that I just cannot find a decent strategy for. Control is unreliable and inconsistent, and no spell I have does even moderately decent damage. Is it really just 'have more HP than the whole pile and pray'? Or am I missing something that makes Dragons not chunk 1/10 my HP per hit and take next to zero damage from Blast or Death Darts?

This is going to sound crazy, but when I did the solo speedrun, I aimed for level 70. You can reach that number in about four hours if you know the right places to grind. That way I had 32,000 HP and a good amount of equipment.

From there, don't hesitate to cast Shield. Poison Cloud is also viable, but your best bet is going to one Control 12 and physical attacks at that point.
