Hello,

With the introduction of the new treasure system, is there a possibility that a few pieces of the 'seven million new items' would randomly appear in the shop every now and then?

During our playtime all last weekend, both Ash and I did not purchase a single item from the keep. The items for sale were underwhelming compared to the items we were finding in the dungeon by far. We're only level 15 and there is nothing in the keep that we would ever buy.

I understand that loot from the dungeon should be better than loot from the keep, but it would be nice to see something in there that may be useful, especially trinkets and such. With so many items added it would be great if there were a few pieces of random gear in stock that changed every now and then.

I don't mean to complain, it's just that I have all this gold burning a hole in my coinpurse and I would love to spend it on shiny new weapons and such! :)

This topic has a similar title to one I was going to create. In the original games, shop items had no level requirement, so once you had the gold you could buy anything in the store - though it was only useful for the starting areas anyway.

With the level requirements, we now have the issue that by the time you're level 16 and can actually buy the best store weapons, you already have something much better from the dungeon. I would suggest either removing the level limit or making these items more powerful so that they are not useless by the time you reach the required level.

It would be an interesting novelty if gold had a use throughout the course of the game.

A lot of these modern 4 player mmo shooter looters have vendors that have 3 random pieces of equipment, and they reset on a timer... ex. every 24 hours, 48 hours, weekly, etc.

Another idea could be to maybe have a rare random encounter with a merchant in the dungeon.

For a gold sink, there Diablo's style of gambling:

Having items listed as their base item type in the store, but have high prices. When you buy it, say a 'Sword' you could radomly get a powerful sword, or a crappy one.
